I have noticed since beginning the program I have more confidence in cooking, feeling healthier (weight loss/skin+hair improvement/energy), more consistently moving my body.
The most significant overall change I have noticed has been finding ease in establishing healthy habits that I thought would be overwhelming to achieve.

Also become educated in healthy ways of living so I can take that knowledge into my marriage when we start establishing a family.
Marie educated, informed, and supported me throughout. She developed a trusting friendship and relationship with me, so I had a safe place to share my thought, struggles, and feelings through my journey.
I don’t think about food the way I used to. I used to always think about food, when is the next time I will eat, I thought about dinner while I was at lunch. I realized it was putting me into an unhealthy routine and relationship with food, that needed to stop. Ever since I started, I thought about food differently and realized there were other ways to make me happy and feel good.
I have over all more energy, and I have seen the physical change as well, I lost 12-14 lbs. Seeing my before and after pictures, really just let me see how far I have come, and how much change was made internally and externally, physically and emotionally.
