Sweet Potatoes are one of the sweet vegetable. Adding them to your daily food plate will help you have the satisfaction of sweetness. They are a nutritionally packed way to trick your body into "crowding out" sweet cravings! A great way to reward your metabolism!

2 or more servings

Ingredients

  • 1 or more medium Sweet Potatoes washed
  • Garnish like Ghee and chives
  • Sea Salt to taste
If baking fries use seasoning like:

Paprika or your favorite baked fries seasoning

Chili powder, Garlic powder, Cayenne pepper, Black pepper



Directions

Preheat oven to 425 Degrees

1 or more Sweet Potatoes washed

Choose 1 way to prepare:

  • Leave the peel on 
  • Peel and wrap in parchment paper
  • Cut into fries and season in a bowl
  • You can bake whole or cubed too

Bake on a baking sheet until fork easily goes through

(Bake fries until crispy)

You "batch cook" these by making extra and adding it to different dishes through the week.
