Ingredients

  • 1/2 Honeydew Melon, cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 Tangelo or orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Small container of raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp chopped mint leaf
  • 2 Limes juiced *to taste

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients into a large bowl 
  2. Dress the salad with lime
  3. Mix with salad spoons
  4. Enjoy!
