Flavorful Green Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Filtered water – ½ cup
  • Spinach or mixed baby greens – 1 cup 
  • Cilantro – 1 handful (*optional)
  • Pineapple (peeled and chopped) – ½ cup
  • Green apple (cored and sliced) – 1 fruit
  • Banana – 1 fruit
  • Fresh ginger (peeled and chopped small) – about 1 inch
  • Fresh lime juice – 1 tablespoon

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend well at high speed.
  3. Add water until you reach the desired consistency of your smoothie.
  4. Enjoy!
