1.Slightly thaw frozen fruit pack at room temperature or under warm water for 1-2 min.

Ingredients

2 Thawed Sambazon unsweetened superfruit pacs

1/4 cup liquid

1/2 banana for blending 1/2 for topping

optional 1/2 cup fruit of choice.

(Optional add MTC or Udo's oil for a brain boost and hair health)


Topping:

(Any of your favorite toppings like fruits, nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes)

1/2 Banana

1/2 cup mixed berries

2 Tb Flax seeds or hemp hearts

1/4 cup Coconut Flakes

Directions

1. Blend 2 açaí packs with 1/4 cup liquid, 1/2 Banana, optional: 1/2 cup fruit of choice, MCT or Udo's oil.

2. Pour into a bowl, top with favorite topping, and enjoy!
